专利摘要:
The invention relates to pneumatic weaving machines and allows to increase the reliability of operation. On the basis of a fixed nozzle installed J2, 14, the axis of the output end 12a of one of which is parallel to the direction of laying the weft yarn. The axis of the output end 14a of the other nozzle is located at an angle of 1-5 to the axis of the output end of the first nozzle, at least during the laying of the weft yarn, 4 CF, 7, 7 Il.

The invention relates to textile machinery and can be used on air-powered weaving machines with multi-color power; weft thread.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of work.
Figure 1 presents the proposed device, front view; figure 2 is the same, top view; on fig.Z - the main parts, front view; Fig. 4 is a top plan view; on fig.Z - the main parts, front view; 6 and 7 show other embodiments, top view.
A device for laying weft threads is mounted on a pneumatic weaving machine, on a batane J of which a ridge 2 is installed, consisting of profiled lamellas 3, together forming a channel 4 for passing the weft threads.
On the left: end of the bat 1 (Fig. 1), the base 7 is installed by means of a threaded connection 5 having slots 6 for adjusting the position, whereby the distance C can be changed (Fig. 2). On base 7, a block 9 is fastened with the help of a bolt 8, on which two nozzles 10 and 11 of the weft yarn are rigidly fixed. To enter the weft yarn in the nozzle 10 and the mixing tube assigned to it 12, having a circular cross section, the weft thread J3 (FIG. 1) is in place and in the nozzle 11 and the mixing tube J4 assigned to it is weft thread 15 of a different grade, for example a different color. Weft yarns are removed from accumulators 16 and 17 weft yarns.
The free output end 12a, having a circular cross section, is installed parallel to the weft line laying line 18, the free output end 14a of the mixing tube 14 of the nozzle 11, also having a circular cross section, is angled A to the axis of the output end 12a equal to 1-5 °. When the angle is less than 1 °, the laid thread may go beyond channel 4. If the angle is greater than 5, the thread almost always leaves the channel. Both ends 12a and 14a of the mixing tubes 12 and 14 are fixed in the guide 18. Both outlets 19 and 20 are located as close as possible to each other, preferably touching each other. The angle A is adjusted by means of a threaded joint 21 having a flange 22 mounted on the nozzle 1, with a groove 23 extending vertically to the plane of the drawing (Fig. 1).
During operation, the bat 1 and the tongue 2, as well as the entire nozzle device 24, reciprocate in the direction of the arrow, and, for example, alternately, in accordance with the weft yarn input program, the thread 15 or 13 is inserted into the shed 25 formed by nit mi 26, 2b fundamentals.
In the embodiment (Figures 4 and 5), the block 9 and the guide 18 are rigidly connected to the bed 27 of the loom. The nozzle system 24a does not reciprocate with a tongue 2 in the process of fabrication, and the nozzles form an angle A between them, equal to about 3 °.
The mixing tube of the nozzle 11 ((FIG. 5) in each case is directed by the free end 14a (angle A) in such a way that it supplies air at an inclination of about 3 to the base 28 of channel 4. Angle A lies in the horizontal plane indicated in FIG. 1 the letter b and the dash-dotted line shown, which passes through the edge of the fabric 29 and the base 28 of the channel, i.e. in FIGS. 2 and 4, runs parallel to the plane of the drawing.
With all designs, the end 12a of the mixing tube 12 is at least in the position of insertion of parts or in each position, i.e. and during the movement of the ridge 2 to the edge of the fabric 29, is located in all cases parallel to the direction of laying the weft yarn, and the end 14a of the mixing tube 14 is angled A to the end 12a of the mixing tube 12.
In the modified version, instead of the channel ridge, a comb with non-profiled straight lamellae is used, and the transport channel is formed by guide teeth installed in front of the comb, into which nozzles 10 and 1I or, respectively, their ends 12a and 14a supply air. In this case, line 18 lies within said guide teeth.
